Aamer Jamal is an international cricketer who has represented Australia in two One Day Internationals and four Twenty20 Internationals.

Born on September 26, 1993 in Sydney, New South Wales, Jamal made his first-class debut for the New South Wales Blues in the 2012-13 season. He made his List A debut for the Blues in the 2013-14 season and played one game for the Australian under-19 team before making his international debut for Australia against Zimbabwe in August 2014. He made his T20I debut for Australia against Sri Lanka in October 2014. In January 2018, he was named in Australia’s squad for the 2017 ICC World Twenty20 tournament.

Aamer made his Test debut against Sri Lanka in 2006, and also played one Test match against Zimbabwe in 2009. In ODI cricket, he has played 65 matches, scoring 3451 runs at an average of 33.89 and picking up 31 wickets at an average of 34.47.
